Our Event Spaces

Winners Function Room
This space is great for small groups, especially for corporate meetings or small private events. Bar available for use and close bathroom facilities. This space is located on the ground floor.
Birdcage Function Room
This small room is great for up to 35 guests. Both private and corporate bookings welcome. Bar available for use and close toilet facilities. Located on the ground floor
Special Guests Function Room
This is the perfect room for your next event. Indoor, outdoor flow, bar available for use and close bathroom facilities. Guests up to 60.
Committee Function Room
This is a great space for a social gathering. The Committee Room can fit up to 60 people. It has a great view of the track and a bar available for use
Sasanof Function Room
This space is great for a bigger private or corporate event. This room can fit up to 140 people and has bar and cafe facilities available for use.
Champions Function Room
For smaller groups, this can seat up to 45. Bar facilities available. Located on the first floor
Desert Gold Function Room
Great room for groups under 100 people. Bar and café facilities available. Located on the second floor.
Karamu Function Room
This room can host up to 180 people, but can also be separated in two. Great for large social or corporate functions. Located on the third floor. Bar and café facilities available for use
Kelt Function Room
This room has the best views of the track. Can fit up to 60 people and has bar facilities available for use. This room is located on the fourth floor.
Horlicks Function Room
This function space is great for social or corporate events. Suitable for up to 150 people. Bar facilities available for use.
Main Lawn
Available for any outdoor event or sport day.
Parade Ring
This is a great space for weddings, ceremonies or outdoor events.
