Basil The Greek was another who worked well when running a solo 1000m on the plough in 1:10.8, the last 600 in 36.4. He has not raced since May and is waiting for the tracks to firm up.

Zero Tolerance and Bella Signora were two that worked on the course proper but were not extended when running 600m in 45.5 while two three-year-olds by Turn Me Loose also worked on the course proper and clocked 39.9 for 600m.

Prestissimo had co-trainer Jordan Bassett aboard when working easily over 1000m in 1:11.3, the last 600 in 41.4. The Time Test mare recorded a good last start second over 1400m at Waverley and could start next at Rotorua on August 12.

Adera’s Way clocked 42.6 for an easy 600m on the plough.
